The Data Table report shows student-by-student performance on an entity. This report is the only report that can be downloaded from the reporting suite and exported as a CSV file.
Use this report type to view individual student performance details, or to export data for analysis outside of Forefront.
Report Usage Tips
Sort by proficiency: Click the column header at the top of the entity column to sort students by proficiency level.
View proficiency language, numerical scores, or a percentile: Click 'Proficiency' and choose from the options shown.
Download the report: Click ‘Download’ to export the data table as a CSV file.
Add questions: Right click on the entity and select ‘Add questions’ to include student scores for each question.
When 'Percentile' is selected, choose the desired cohort to compare against. For example, selecting the global cohort will show your students' percentile rankings within that cohort.
