Stacked Bar Report

This article explains what the Stacked Bar report is and how to use it in Forefront.

The Stacked Bar report displays data as bars divided into segments, showing the overall number and (when toggled on) percentage of students in each proficiency group. This is the default report type leaders see when accessing reports directly from the pacing page.

Use this report type to see how students are performing overall on a selected entity or to compare performance across multiple entities.

Report Usage Tips

Click the number in the table below the report to see student names on the report.

Use the three dot menu to the right of each entity to add questions from assessments.

Add cohorts to understand your data within a larger context. Learn more about enhanced cohort usage in Forefront here.

Right-click on the report to add a proficiency group as a cohort. Then, switch to the Question Analysis report type to see how that group performed on each question.
